We value our customers. Please take some time to go over our Medspa policies so we can better serve you.

Late Arrival/Confirmation: Please arrive 5-minutes prior to your scheduled start time for paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to reschedule. All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the appointment start time or they will be cancelled and given to someone on our cancellation list. 

Card on File: For your convenience, CLAREBELLA aesthetics has implemented a policy which requires you to maintain your credit/debit card information on file. With your consent, this information will be securely held to cover payments when you authorize. I hereby authorize CLAREBELLA aesthetics to keep my card information on file. I must expressly authorize any use of this card for medical services. In providing you with this card information, I am not giving CLAREBELLA aesthetics permission to automatically charge my card without my express written or verbal authorization. I understand that if I authorize CLAREBELLA aesthetics to charge any services to this card, they will send me a receipt reflecting the transaction. If my card information changes for any reason, I will notify CLAREBELLA aesthetics prior to authorizing any further charges.

Cancellation Policy: Please be respectful of the time your provider has set aside for you and kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require a 24-hour notice. If you cancel after that time or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation or no-show fee. This fee is for a portion of your provider’s time for the missed appointment and will NOT be applied to retail items or services in our Medspa. Payment of this fee is due upon booking your next appointment. We reserve the right to discharge a client at any point due to multiple last-minute cancellations or multiple no-showed appointments.

Laser Cancellation Policy: We request a 48-hour notice via phone call or text to reschedule or cancel your laser appointment. Failure to notify us will result in a $100 cancellation or no-show fee. This fee is for a portion of your provider’s time for the missed appointment and will NOT be applied to retail items or services in our Medspa. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur, we just ask that you please respect the time that we have reserved for you. We reserve the right to discharge a client at any point due to multiple last-minute cancellations or multiple no-showed appointments.

Refund Policy: Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. CLAREBELLA aesthetics reserves the right to offer and recommend an alternative service if the treatment requested is not available.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates expire by the expiration date listed on your card/certificate. Present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. CLAREBELLA aesthetics is not responsible for lost gift cards/ gift certificate.

Retail Return Policy: We accept returns of unused and unopened retail items recently purchased from CLAREBELLA aesthetics.  We accept exchanges should any allergic reaction occur, or we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases.

Expiration Policy on Packages and Prepaid Services: Service packages and pre-paid services must be used within 24 months (2 years) of date of purchase, or they will expire. All expiration dates are final on Packages and pre-paid services.

Privacy Policy: One of our highest commitments is your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us.

Pricing Disclaimer: We reserve the right to change our product’s prices and our service prices.

Special Consideration: Please inform your aesthetic provider of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.
